WHO ARE WE?
The Yorkshire Wolds Music Foundation is a CIO founded in 2022 with the aim of making quality musical experiences of all kinds availabe to all, regardless of background or financial situation. To this end most events are either free at source, delivered at cost price or operate a fee remission/sliding-scale policy. All profits from our activities are fed back into our work, and the Foundation is currently run entirely by volunteers.
We strive to achieve outstanding value for money; that being said, we honour the contributions of our excellent educators, musicians and creatives with pay which reflects their skill and dedication. Most of the people who work with us are based in Hull and the East Riding, as we feel that it's important to celebrate the wealth of local talent and to feed back into the region's economy.
HOW CAN YOU HELP?
You can sponsor an event, a specific element of our work or simply decide on an amount that feels right for you or your company.
In thanks, and depending on the extent of your investment, you will receive benefits such as official acknowledgment in our Festival brochure, free advertisement opportunities, free tickets and corporate hospitality opportunities. Please see below for more information.
Corporate Sponsorship
We have three corporate sponsorship packages:
Bronze £500-£3,000
This is our entry-level package, for smaller budgets. In addition to placing your logo on our website and all relevant publicity material, YWMF will offer up to 4 free corporate hospitality tickets per public event, including free drinks.
Silver £3,500-£10,000
Our mid-level package. In addition to the above, YWMF will give you a half-page advert in our Festival programme, offer up to 10 corporate hospitality tickets, invite you to a meet-the-players post-concert reception and place your logo on our Facebook & Instagram pages.
Gold £10,500-£20,000
An upper-level package which, in addition to all of the above, offers up to 20 free corporate hospitality tickets, a full-page advert in our Festival programme, and a paragraph about your company on our website.
Platinum £20,500+
This bespoke premium package is for very substantial sponsorship, Typically, in addition to all of the above, YWMF would expect to engage in some sort of medium-long term partnership involving (for example) a corporate wellbeing programme or team-building days
Patronage
Would you like to become a personal patron?
Individual Patronage
For the modest amount of £30 per annum you can receive YWMF news, priority booking for concerts & workshops, a complementary festival programme and a free drink at all of our concerts.
Joint Patronage
For £50 per annum you and your partner can receive all of the above for less.
Family Patronage
For £100 per annum 2 adults and up to 3 children can receive all of the above, plus a free concert puzzle pack for children under 12
